JM began his career with Du Fresne Manufacturing in 2003 as a MIG-TIG production welder.  Throughout the past 11 years, he has continued to learn and develop skills in the following areas:

  • Robotic CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

  • Welding Certifications

  • Robotic Welding Programming

  • New Employee Training

  • Continuous Training and Education in Supervision.

JM is also a valued and active member of the Safety and Wellness Committee (SWC) since 2010, and has worked on many projects to assure and improve safety in our workplace.  In 2014, JM accepted the position of C Cell Group Lead, and is responsible for the development of 16 of his team members.  He also leads a committee for the development of welding courses at Century College.

TN joined the Du Fresne Family on May 21, 2014, after a career change to precision metal fabrication. His first venture was turret set-up where he expanded on the skills he acquired through his study at Anoka Tech’s fabrication course.  TN furthered his career path in the following areas:

  • Sales Estimating

  • Component Assembly Group Lead, Responsible for All Plant 2 Assembly, Shipping and Logistics

  • Group Lead, Planning/Scheduling/Logistics for All Du Fresne Production

LE was part time at Du Fresne in 2010 working in our assembly plant working in our paint fill station and getting parts packaged for shipment.  In 2011 LE's was hired full time and transferred to our main production plant for hardware insertion training.  With-in a few short months LE entered our training program for the Salvagnini Panel Bender and Amada Press Brake.  By 2015 LE was assigned full time as an Amada Press Brake operator and is now trained as our 2nd shift Amada Flying Optics Laser operator.
